Why us?
What sets us apart from the competition is most everything is done "in house" to keep quality control in our hands.
For example, our plans are printed... not some blurred copy reproduction. The manual is wire bound laser "color" printed with hundreds of build photos.
Material used in our kits is of high quality wood with consistent density and thickness. Balsa sheets are specified and hand selected by our supplier. As far as plywood goes... we don't skimp here either. Quality multi-ply birch "aircraft ply" is also used in abundance where high strength is needed.
Fiberglass parts are also made in house using the best materials and quality epoxy resins. No flimsy single layer polyester resin parts here!
The canopy and other platic parts are made by the folks at Nick Ziroli plans using virgin quality PETG plastics.
We should also let you know that we do all the laser cutting and CNC work here too.
